I am very sad to announce that the LWCAD 3ds Max version is officially terminated.
Main reason of the termination are very poor sales of the plugin.
Although the 3dsMax has the biggest user community, very small portion actually using purchased license.
Combined with AutoDesk's pricing policy (milking users), there is very little space for a small third-party developers to succeed with

Hello,I use lwcad 5.5 with 3dsmax 2016 and when I add a custom shape in library my viewport becomes very slow and sluggish and unable to work.I' ve noticed that my preset objects are very big 2-7 MB compared to the other presets that comes with the plugin.Why is that?Is there a way to create lighter custom objects ex. windows,doors?Thank you!

I really like the shingles tool. I often use it in combination with the MultiTexture plugin to give each shingle a slightly different color. Therefore each shingle needs a different matID. So to make this tool faster to work with, please implement an option to give each shingle a different matID.

Hello Viktor, first of all congratulations for the creation of the plugin for Max, if it works correctly this plugin for me will be an incredible tool, but (there is always a but) I am testing it on 3ds Max 2018 and it is extremely slow, I'll give you an example when I create rails, simple the viewport becomes almost impossible to move and is not precise, you have to convert them to editable mesh
