I was attempting to create a complex Nurbs polygon using the Curvs To Surf tool but couldn't get it to work like it was demonstrated in the LWCAD 5 NURBS introduction video. I recreated a similar set a curves, but for some reason it is not making holes in the surface created even though I have make holes button checked.

Has something changed or am I doing missing a step? I also get the same result in Lightwave 2018. Please Help.

You have probably mixed several versions of LWCAD beta and the latest version.
At the top of the numeric panel you can see the version of active tool.
The screen you posted is LWCAD version 4.904.

Fully uninstall LWCAD.
The best way is to manually uninstall.
Make sure it's completely gone.
Then, use the LWCAD auto installer.
