In your website you say LWCAD is coming to all major 3D apps. Does that include Maya, or preferably in my case, Modo, at some point?

I am currently on LWCAD 4, but if I upgrade to LWCAD 5, will there be another purchase/upgrade to LWCAD for other host apps or is LWCAD 5 considered a "one license for all" ?

We are not planing additional port this year, but next in line will be probably Maya over Modo.
At this momnet we are trying to move all other tools into multi-platform version asap.

There is no charge for multi-platform version if you own the LWCAD 5 license you are getting the LITE license automatically.

Only reason we are doing these ports is that we need more users, more sales and then hire more people into team.
There was too many brilliant developers who created breakthrough plugins in LW and then disappeared.
Just because they was too dependent on tiny LW market.
I am not going to make the same mistake!
