When you use the move snap tool with cloning, you can't adjust the height of the clone.
Steps
Create a box with the box tool
Us the move snap tool
Press "n" on the keyboard to open the numeric panel
Turn on cloning
Clone your object going down from the top viewport
Now go over to the Right viewport
Try clicking on the handle to make your clones go upwards or step
The orange arrow moves but not the clones. (See image below)
This worked in LWCAD versions 4.51 (Vector Clone) Vector Clone was replaced with Move Snap Cloning in version 5.2
