Having just transferred my licenses to the new website (really nice, by the way), I downloaded the 5.25 version from the emailed link.

Having clicked I Agree, I get next the panel that says Quick Install Settings:, but there is nothing in the panel - the only thing I can click is the Back button.

This is on Windows 10 64bit.

I have the same issue. Installs fine on Windows 8.1 but not on Windows 10 (Creators Edition). Just a message saying Quick installer settings and the rest of the window is black.

problem is probably the same as I mentioned on other threads. LWCAD 5.25 is only for Cinema and 3ds Max. LWCAD 5.2504 BETA is our first release with all three platforms (LightWave, Cinema and 3ds max).

Sorry for confusion, next full and beta releases will be packed with all platforms.

I just tried installer on Windows 10 and it worked without problems.

Well the installer I used (and failed on Windows 10 with Creator Update) was downloaded from an email which clearly stated LWCAD BETA 5.2505 (LightWave) and produces a blank screen whilst working fine on windows 8.1.

I will look into it but I need a bit more information. Can you please send me following to our support?

• I need to know path to your LightWave directory
• Do you have a customized LightWave installation? I mean - renamed directory, renamed LW config or menu files, etc.
