This might be hard to explain, but here goes.
Using the Box command (other commands do this now as well), after drawing the first box it used to be (v4, v5?) that when I would right click, it would finish the tool and be able to start the next box at the same height (or depth, or width depending on in which view port I started) location as the previous box. Now, it starts the box at the origin line every time and I have to the move box to locate it on all axis instead of just the two.
Example
Click in the Top view to start a box and draw X and Z.
Set Y by moving the orange lines in the Back view. Right click to finish box.
Click again in Top view to set X and Z.
In previous versions I wouldn't have to go back to the Back view again to set the Y because it would be set the same as the previous box, but now, I have to set it each time (it starts it on y=0.
Hopefully the example makes sense?
thanks!
